One NoMad is a boutique office building right in the center of, you guessed it, NoMad. We worked with closely with Beacon Capital Partners to create a brand that celebrated the historic architectural details and plush, modern amenities that makes this spot special. Speaking directly to Manhattan brokers and CEOs looking to level up their location, we brought some swagger and a classic modern look to a property that really speaks for itself.

Inspiring the Inspired
We created a vibe around One NoMad that was intended to speak to those creative entrepreneurs that just broke free from co-working and are ready to put down real roots in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in NYC. One part FOMO and a dash of unabashed confidence gave this brand a proper place in town.
The One NoMad brand came to life in everything from signage and swag to website and campaigns built to inspire New York City’s finest that their new home should be right here in the center of everything.
With the building renovations still in progress, we leaned on not only what was inside the walls, but the incredible neighborhood just outside of them.
